We love our farm in Downeast Maine. We realize that not everyone gets to enjoy such serenity where they live. And, so, we thought you might like to visit us from afar.

Rime Farm is 143 total acres with 4.1 used to cultivate farmer market berry, vegetable, and fruit tree crops. Several more acres are used for the breeding and production of poultry and livestock. The rest is pristine Maine woods that is on the corner from the Moosehorn Wildlife Refuge.

Our farm’s success is due to its biodiversity and efficiency. Rime offers eggs, certified organic fruit and vegetables, compost, Belted Galloway cattle, heritage hogs and poultry, wildcrafted mushrooms, and handmade farmstead products like their lard and lye soap.

While we produce a lot. We like to keep most of it protected. Turn your speakers up to listen to our stream.

Experience the simple beauty of spring in Downeast Maine! As winter snow melts away, it feeds the streams and vernal pools on our land, creating a stunning natural spectacle we’re excited to share. Follow the journey of Rime Farm Moxie, our Central Asian Shepherd and Livestock Guardian Dog, as she explores the lively stream that runs through our back 40.
